Oct 7-Write about a moment when you had to step out of your comfort zone.

 response- To get my job I had to record a 3 minute video of myself. In the video I had to introduce myself and explain why I want the job and why they should hire me.

Summary- It wasn't the content of the video but I was nervous to record myself and send it to them. But it was necessary to get employee and I think ill have to use it in the future again.

Reflection- There are other times where I had to step out of my comfort zone but that was just one of them.

sep 22- Write about a time when you were judged unfairly.

 Response- A time I was wrongfully judged was when I first started working at chick-fila. WE were understaffed and I was working at my register alone and there was a line. The guy I was swerving wanted to change his order and to cancel out his original order I needed the manager key card. But I couldn't find the manager and while I was waiting a lady in line had been giving nasty comments and looking at me weird. She would yell things like "They need some more people from the back of what's this little girl doing upfront by herself". Once I had finally got the key card and I could help the next guest, when it was her turn she had given me a dirty look and asked if it was my first day. I have a lot of stories of customers being rude and entitled summary- In this situation it wasn't my fault because I needed the key card and couldn't find my manager and she didn't need to be making all those comments over a 3 minute wait.
