Oct 9-Describe a time when someone’s words had a lasting impact on you.

Response- When I first started working at my job we had a lot of trainers. One of the trainers took me to clean the bathrooms and it smelled rancid and I was complaining. He told me that I complained to much and that I needed to actually do the work and not to be lazy.

Summary- After that I stopped complaining and lock in on my work. Later on more recently my coworker had complemented me that I do very well on the dink station and that I never complain.

Reflection- I think this was needed and I hope in the future there's more instances like this that give me a reality check.
