Nov 18-Describe a time that you had an encounter with a homeless person, either directly or indirectly. What did you think and how did it make you feel?

 Response- There is a lot of homeless people that come to my job. Most of them are nice and ask for food and don't really bother the customers. I do feel bad for them and I give them extra food after close if we have any.

Summary- But Some of them are kind of crazy or methed out. There's a lot of crazy stories and some of them harass the employees including me.

Reflection- I don't think all homeless people are bad, I just think that some of them are not okay mentally but I do try to help when I can.

 Response- A time I was wrongfully judged was when I first started working at chick-fila. WE were understaffed and I was working at my register alone and there was a line. The guy I was swerving wanted to change his order and to cancel out his original order I needed the manager key card. But I couldn't find the manager and while I was waiting a lady in line had been giving nasty comments and looking at me weird. She would yell things like "They need some more people from the back of what's this little girl doing upfront by herself". Once I had finally got the key card and I could help the next guest, when it was her turn she had given me a dirty look and asked if it was my first day. I have a lot of stories of customers being rude and entitled summary- In this situation it wasn't my fault because I needed the key card and couldn't find my manager and she didn't need to be making all those comments over a 3 minute wait.
