jan 23-which rhetorical device do you find most effective or compelling

 Response- I think metaphor is the most effective. I think its the most commonly used in phrases and sentences. I also noticed in the Martin Luther King Jr assignment that he used a lot of metaphors in his "I have a dream" speech.

Summary- I also think ethos, pathos, and logos are effective. Especially pathos, Donald Trump and Martin Luther King Jr used them in their speeches. They're also easy to identify in my opinion.

Reflection- I think I did okay on the test about the rhetorical devices, I didn't have that much time to study because of work and my other classes, but I understand most of the rhetorical devices we learned.

 Response- A time I was wrongfully judged was when I first started working at chick-fila. WE were understaffed and I was working at my register alone and there was a line. The guy I was swerving wanted to change his order and to cancel out his original order I needed the manager key card. But I couldn't find the manager and while I was waiting a lady in line had been giving nasty comments and looking at me weird. She would yell things like "They need some more people from the back of what's this little girl doing upfront by herself". Once I had finally got the key card and I could help the next guest, when it was her turn she had given me a dirty look and asked if it was my first day.
