Jan 29- When you are in a mood that you do not like, what are some strategies that you use to change your mood?

Response- When I'm in a bad mood, some things that can cheer me up are eating, calling my best friend, or sleeping. When I eat it never disappoints, I always feel better after eating up some McDonald's. It doesn't sound healthy but I don't get it that often. Calling my friend also cheers me up the most because she always gives me good advice or makes me laugh if I'm in a bad situation.

Summary- Eating, talking to my trusted friends, and watching movies or tiktok help my mood go up.

Reflection- In class I did two common lit assignments for the block day.
