Feb 11- Now that you have completed the rhetorical analysis essay, reflect on your growth. Explain how this experience impacted your confidence as a writer and whether you feel prepared to continue analyzing complex speeches and texts in American Literature. Support your reflection with specific references to the writing process.

 Response- I'm not sure how well I did on the essay, but I followed the steps best I could and got it done. I did have a few points where I got kinda lost and had to think but in the end I think I did good on the essay and I'll be more prepared to take the next essay.

Summary- Gave me more experience and an idea of what to expect.

Reflection- In class we wrote our essays, and I used my planner to help me write it.

sep 22- Write about a time when you were judged unfairly.

 Response- A time I was wrongfully judged was when I first started working at chick-fila. WE were understaffed and I was working at my register alone and there was a line. The guy I was swerving wanted to change his order and to cancel out his original order I needed the manager key card. But I couldn't find the manager and while I was waiting a lady in line had been giving nasty comments and looking at me weird. She would yell things like "They need some more people from the back of what's this little girl doing upfront by herself". Once I had finally got the key card and I could help the next guest, when it was her turn she had given me a dirty look and asked if it was my first day.
