March 5-Prompt: In Into the Wild, Christopher McCandless gives up many of his possessions in pursuit of freedom and meaningful experiences. If you had to simplify your life and keep only a few important possessions, what would you keep and why? What would be hardest to leave behind?

Response- Things I would keep If I were leaving things behind would be polaroid pictures of me and my friends, McDonald's giftcard, and makeup. All these things are important to me, and I would keep the pictures for memories and motivation. Something that would be the hardest for me to let go of would probably be makeup because I use it everyday.

Summary- Things I would keep would be pictures of my friends, makeup, and McDonald's giftcard.

Reflection- In class we worked on new assignments for a block period class, it was about into the wild, choosing themes for certain quotes and a writable assignment.

sep 22- Write about a time when you were judged unfairly.

 Response- A time I was wrongfully judged was when I first started working at chick-fila. WE were understaffed and I was working at my register alone and there was a line. The guy I was swerving wanted to change his order and to cancel out his original order I needed the manager key card. But I couldn't find the manager and while I was waiting a lady in line had been giving nasty comments and looking at me weird. She would yell things like "They need some more people from the back of what's this little girl doing upfront by herself". Once I had finally got the key card and I could help the next guest, when it was her turn she had given me a dirty look and asked if it was my first day. I have a lot of stories of customers being rude and entitled summary- In this situation it wasn't my fault because I needed the key card and couldn't find my manager and she didn't need to be making all those comments over a 3 minute wait.
