April 13- Reflect on your past experiences with research in school. What challenges have you faced when working independently or in a group, and how did you handle them? Explain how those experiences will influence the way you approach this current research project.

Response- In past projects when I worked with a group of people, I usually struggled with communicating with my group members, or there was one person in the group who didn't do any work. But with my group members currently I probably won't have that issue because we were actually engaging and doing work.

Summary- past problems were communication while working on a project.

Reflection- In class we started working on research and got new seats with our group members.

sep 22- Write about a time when you were judged unfairly.

 Response- A time I was wrongfully judged was when I first started working at chick-fila. WE were understaffed and I was working at my register alone and there was a line. The guy I was swerving wanted to change his order and to cancel out his original order I needed the manager key card. But I couldn't find the manager and while I was waiting a lady in line had been giving nasty comments and looking at me weird. She would yell things like "They need some more people from the back of what's this little girl doing upfront by herself". Once I had finally got the key card and I could help the next guest, when it was her turn she had given me a dirty look and asked if it was my first day. I have a lot of stories of customers being rude and entitled summary- In this situation it wasn't my fault because I needed the key card and couldn't find my manager and she didn't need to be making all those comments over a 3 minute wait.
