March 26- Consider a situation where someone showed concern for you, even in a small way. How did you respond, and what does that reveal about you?

 Response- One time during work we had a really big rush, and everyone received help except for me because I was making drinks and milkshakes in the back for the front and curbside people. It piled up really quick along with doordash and Uber eats orders but after 20 minutes the rush ended. Then one of the team leaders asked if I was good and I was kind of  irritated because it stressed me out but I lied and said I was good and didn't want to talk to anyone because I was agitated. This probably reveals I get annoyed easily.

Summary- I got mad during a rush and lied and said I was fine which shows I get annoyed easily.

Reflection- In class we worked on connections questions about the book were reading "Into The Wild"

sep 22- Write about a time when you were judged unfairly.

 Response- A time I was wrongfully judged was when I first started working at chick-fila. WE were understaffed and I was working at my register alone and there was a line. The guy I was swerving wanted to change his order and to cancel out his original order I needed the manager key card. But I couldn't find the manager and while I was waiting a lady in line had been giving nasty comments and looking at me weird. She would yell things like "They need some more people from the back of what's this little girl doing upfront by herself". Once I had finally got the key card and I could help the next guest, when it was her turn she had given me a dirty look and asked if it was my first day. I have a lot of stories of customers being rude and entitled summary- In this situation it wasn't my fault because I needed the key card and couldn't find my manager and she didn't need to be making all those comments over a 3 minute wait.
